Delete your MemoryPalace account

This page is provided by JIANJIN FU, the developer of MemoryPalace. You can request account deletion here even if the app is no longer installed.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Request deletion by email

Enter the email address for your MemoryPalace account. If an account exists, we will send a confirmation link that expires in 2 hours.

Opening the email does not delete anything. The confirmation page asks you to type DELETE before the account is removed.

What deletion removes

After you confirm, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and sign-in identity, private cloud library, and account-linked Community listings and interactions are removed from the active service. Private uploaded files and linked external-provider data enter our existing deletion queue.

Data that may remain

Palaces that other people already downloaded remain in their libraries. Image files previously published through Community and existing recipients’ download-access records may also be retained so previously downloaded copies can be kept or restored.
Your former Community listings will no longer be public and cannot be downloaded by new users.
After successful completion, the deletion-processing record is retained for a 30-day window and becomes eligible for removal by scheduled cleanup after that window. If deletion needs retry or investigation, only the minimum processing evidence needed to complete and verify it is retained until the issue is resolved.
Limited subscription or security-audit records that are no longer linked to your active account may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, accounting integrity, security, or legal obligations.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your MemoryPalace account does not cancel or refund an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription status does not prevent account deletion. Manage cancellation or refund requests separately through the store where you subscribed.
